Elizabeth’s journey from military to civilian life was not an easy transition due to trauma suffered because of combat injuries. However, she had a desire to overcome her challenges and serve her community after retiring from the United States Army. With determination, entrepreneurial spirit, and a mindset to make impact, Elizabeth was able to launch Empact Solutions in 2018.
GIVING BACK
As a public servant who retired from the U.S. Army after serving for 27 years, Elizabeth built her company with three simple philosophies: invest in people, solve critical challenges, and give back to communities and people who need it most. She has achieved these goals by bettering herself as a leader, empowering others to grow themselves, and by founding Empact Solutions to assist other companies in achieving their goals.
